There's no trip report for this one, so I'll provide descriptions of the pictures instead. The descriptions are found at the bottom of the page.

Beautiful double rainbow that we saw on the way there. Of course, the picture does not do it justice.
Equipment from an abandoned mining operation.
 One of the mines.
A cable trolley for transporting carts of ore. It was very much like a ski lift.
View of the cable trolley from above. Ore comes down the chute into the hopper and then into the carts and down the mountain.
A different abandoned mining operation viewed from above. This site is in exceptional condition because it is hard to get to and its location is not publicized. I found it by determining the approximate location from someone else's pictures, and then sifting through maps.

b: A closer view of the same place.
Remnants of a bunkhouse. There was an icebox and a stove inside. Outhouse off-picture to the left.
The entrance to one of the more stable-looking mines. Discarded mining equipment on the right.
 The entrance from inside.
One of the ore cart trolleys at the second mine.
 More of the second mine.

 Working the controls.
Bins of spare parts left behind.
In the foreground, one of the generators. Behind that is a truck used to carry supplies into camp.
Wheel on the truck. Check out the wooden spokes and the remains of the rubber tire.
Badwater - the lowest spot in the Western hemisphere. The white stuff people are walking on is salt.
 A natural arch.

Ubehebe Crater - a volcanic site in the park.
a: One of the narrow parts in Fall Canyon.
b: A big spider we saw in Fall Canyon.
a: More Fall Canyon.
 More Fall Canyon.
a: Smooth walls in Fall Canyon.

A big rock in Fall Canyon.
 More Fall Canyon.
a: More Fall Canyon.
A dry waterfall we had to find a way around.
Where Fall Canyon empties out into Death Valley.
All the different shades of green rocks that we could collect in about 200 feet.

 World's largest thermometer.
 Hiking up the sand dunes.
At the top of the dunes.
Me and my snowboard. This was my first snowboard, and it's last good day. It split apart on the next ski trip.
 Me sandboarding down the dune.
 More sandboarding.

 Danny sandboarding.
A park service employee told us to camp near these abandoned cranes.
 The dunes from our campsite.

That's it. It was an awesome trip. The only thing left out of the photos is the great Thanksgiving dinner we had at one of the lodges in Death Valley.
